MXAmped is committed to fast and reliable shipping for riders across the United States. Most in-stock orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing the next business day.
We ship using trusted carriers including UPS, FedEx, and USPS. Shipping options and estimated delivery times are displayed during checkout.
Free standard shipping is available on qualifying orders over $150 within the contiguous United States unless otherwise noted. Oversized items, batteries, or specialty products may not qualify for free shipping.
Once your order ships, tracking information will be emailed to you automatically.
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include photos of the damaged packaging and product.
Return Policy
We accept returns on most new and unused products within 30 days of delivery.
Returned items must be unused, uninstalled, and returned in original packaging with all included hardware and accessories.
Non-returnable items include installed products, electrical components, batteries, chargers, clearance items, final sale products, and custom-order items.
Customers must contact MXAmped before returning any item to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). Unauthorized returns may be refused.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defective product, incorrect shipment, or shipping damage.
Refunds are processed back to the original payment method after inspection and approval of the returned merchandise.
